NeuHair – Return & Refund Policy

At NeuHair, we are committed to providing high-quality hair care and coloring products. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • Proof of purchase is required – receipt, order record, or email confirmation.
  • Products are eligible for return only if:
    • Product is damaged due to manufacturing defects.
    • Incorrect product received / different from description on the website.
    • Product is expired upon arrival.
  • Products are NOT eligible for return if:
    • Opened or used (due to hygiene & safety reasons).
    • Damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
    • Customer changes their mind without any defect in the product.
  • Packaging must be in its original condition, complete, and undamaged.

2. Return Period

Return requests must be made within 7 working days from the date you receive the product.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact NeuHair Customer Service via email or our official social media channels.
  2. Provide your Order ID and photo/video evidence of the damage or issue.
  3. Once confirmed, we will send you a Consignment Note / Airway Bill for the return shipment.
  4. Send the product back using the provided shipping method.
  5. After receiving the returned product and confirming the issue, we will process the refund within 7 working days.

4. Types of Refund

  • Full refund: If the product is damaged/incorrect and unused.
  • Partial refund: If the product is partially damaged but still usable.

5. Important Notes

  • This policy only applies to purchases made directly from NeuHair’s official platforms or authorized resellers.
  • NeuHair reserves the right to reject refund/return requests if the above conditions are not met.
